	To obtain your FedEx tracking number enter your Billing zipcode + first three letters of your last name (no breaks). Outside the USA, use the first 5 letters of your country + first 3 of the last name. eg if your last name is Smith, enter 12345smi OR canadsmi OR mexicsmi or austrsmi - OR - Then paste the tracking number here:

HOW TO Track your FedEx Shipment: You may use this for USA and for International Tracking.

Enter your BILLING address zip code (or if not USA, the first 5 letters of your country plus the first three letters of your last name (no breaks). Then hit 'SEARCH'.

Example: if your zip code is 92629 and your name is Smith, enter 92629smi. If you live in Japan and your name is Watenabe, enter japanwat

If your package has been shipped in the last six weeks, details of it and the FedEx tracking number will show.

With your mouse, highlight the FedEx number and then click 'Copy' (under 'Edit' on the top bar, or on the menu you see when you click the right mouse button) OR type CNTRL c

Hit 'Back' on your browser to get back to this page and 'paste' the tracking number into the FedEx tracking box below. Finally click on 'Track It' to obtain shipping info.

Notes:

We aim to ship orders within two working days, but at holiday times it may take longer. If you don't see the shipping details for your latest order within 3 working days (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) please email us to check.

PRIORITIES. If you have requested shipment by 1 or 2 day FedEx, those orders always take priority over other orders. 1st or 2nd day orders received by noon EST by phone , we aim to ship the same day.

If you don't see your shipment details above, the package has not yet been shipped. We update this page daily at 6pm EST.

Please note that packages shipped by US mail are NOT trackable and will not appear above.
